To the register we gather basic information from the registered users like:

6. The legal source of information

The owner of this register, ​VAJA Finland Oy, gathers information from its’ registered network users that the user themselves reports when using the web-sites.

VAJA Finland shall not transfer or process data to a third party. Data is not moved outside EU/EEA.

The information of the registered users of VAJA Finlands network services is saved in the system of VAJA Finland, which is protected by security measures. A user id and a password is needed to be able to enter the system and it is protected with a fire wall and other technical means.

Secure processing is also ensured by other means, such as restricting access to the data.  The data is kept in a locked and guarded space.

 

9. Privacy rights

The customer has the right to deny direct marketing or oppose the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes, . 10. Rights of inspection

The customer has the right to inspect their own personal data saved in the our register and to get a copy of it. The request has to be made in writing to the person in charge of the register, henna.lamberg@vaja.fi.

 

11. Changes in the register

VAJA Finland has the right to change, delete or complement the information in the register when the information is wrong, unnecessary, inadequate or old, when asked to do so by the customer, or self imposed. The customer has to contact the person in charge of the register in order to make changes in the information.
