Refund policy
Right of return
All our products have full 14 days return rights. The returned item must be unused and unchanged and packed as it was when you received it. The items will be refunded to you in the same way as your payment was done as soon as we have received the products and checked the condition of them.
The postal charges will be your responsibility, unless it is a question of a reclamation (defective, false or broken item).
We will deduct a €7 processing fee from the refunded amount.
