PRODUCTS AND PRICES

The prices of the products are shown in the product info. VAT 24% is added to the prices. You can see the amount of VAT in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.

Payment methods

Consumers can pay the order through the payment methods shown in the shopping cart.

Delivery costs

The packaging- and delivery costs depend on the shipping method you choose and they are added to the final sum of the order automatically.

Right of return

All our products have full 14 days return rights. The returned item must be unused and unchanged and packed as it was when you received it. The items will be refunded to you in the same way as your payment was done, either on your bank account or to your card, as soon as we have received the products and checked the condition of them. 

The postal charges will be your responsibility, unless it is a question of a reclamation (defective, false or broken item).

Product returns and reclamation

In return or reclamation situations, always contact us by email shop@vaja.fi and we will give you instructions.

Delivery time

We send out the products within 2-7 working days after receiving an order. If some of the products you order should be out of stock, we will contact you.

Deliveries

Our orders are delivered in Finland by Posti and DB Schenker, depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer.
